Here's how you'll contribute:
Respond to all customer inquiries (via phone, email, walk-ins) which can range from products, services, pricing, availability, service requests, trouble tickets, party planning and more.
Process customer orders for installation or other services.
Capitalize on all opportunities to expand our services.
